About the Position:
NBS currently has an opening for a Resource Administrative Assistant in the Customer Care Team. This position is responsible for assisting the District Consulting Group by acting as a frontline customer service contact for property owners and title companies.
The District Consulting Group (DCG) team provides a variety of services including, annual administrative services, consulting, and formation. DCG administrators provide high-end special district financing administration services. To succeed and have a reputation as a quality consulting firm, our Customer Care Team is critical to that success. The Customer Care Team serves as the frontline for customer services contact for property owners, title companies, and other interested parties. Further, the Customer Care Team provides annual reporting and other special project support to the DCG throughout the year.
In this role, you’ll love working with people, answering their questions about special assessments, taxes and other charges on their tax bills, as well as working with title companies that are ordering payoff quotes for properties being sold. You’ll be curious about how municipalities use special assessment and taxes to fund infrastructure and services in our communities, and be able to explain to property owners how this works. You’ll enjoy working closely with other NBS team members to research issues and provide timely answers to the inquiring party.
